Taiko Farm Accommodation

Private Queen Bedroom (Max 2 people) - Price is per room, 9 nights, $450

Bunk Bed - SOLD OUT

Couch or Air Mattress (max 3 people - Price is per person, 9 nights - $135

Camping - tent space in yard. Price is per person, 9 nights. - $90

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation reservations are transferable but non-refundable. If you secure a replacement and successfully transfer your room reservation, a full 100% refund will be issued. Assistance will be gladly provided in locating someone to assume your reservation. However, if transfer is not possible, refunds cannot be processed. We highly recommend securing suitable travel insurance to cover registration and accommodation costs in case of unforeseen cancellations due to illness or emergencies.

UTE Shuttle Service

Shuttle Service Information

We’re happy to offer complimentary shuttle service between Salt Lake City International Airport and Manti for the Utah Taiko Experience. Here are the available shuttle times:

July 19th, Arrival (to Manti):

• 11:00 AM pickup from SLC International Airport (1PM arrival)

• 2:00 PM pickup from SLC International Airport (4PM arrival)

July 28th, Departure (to Salt Lake City):

• 11:00 AM departure from Manti on July 28th (1PM arrival)

• 1:00 PM departure from Manti on July 28th (3PM arrival)

Transportation During the Event:

We also provide transportation throughout the event, including travel between the Kaiser Taiko Farm, Manti High School, and all event locations.

UTE Shuttle Policy:

Although we do our best to make things work for everyone, If you miss your scheduled airport shuttle times, we will not be able to guarantee your airport transportation, and you may need to arrange alternative travel such as renting a car or booking a private shuttle.

While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation, we cannot accept liability for any delays, accidents, injuries, or property damage or loss that may occur while using the UTE complimentary shuttle service. Thank you for your understanding.
